Q. What is Ramnee.com?
Ans:
Ramnee.com is an online food ordering site. As a customer, you can view the menu of various restaurants in your area and order the food online. Restaurants will directly deliver the food to you. Using our site, you can reserve the table in a restaurant, place a group order, plan for a party, etc., You can view the menu card details of various restaurant, their photos, videos, maps, etc.,Q. How do I order food from your site?

Q. Why should I use website (ramnee.com) instead of phone orders?
Ans:
You can view the restaurant menu details any time and place the order. You can visit our site and take your-own time to view the details of the restaurant, go through their menu info, and once you have selected the menu then you can place the order. Ramnee.com customer service will follow up with the restaurant and make sure the food is delivered to the customer on-time. As a customer, you don't need to call restaurant and asking about the menu information and placing the order, as it will take your considerable time/effort/money. Placing the order on our website will provide an opportunity for you, as a customer, to view the photos of the restaurant, unbiased reviews, ratings, videos, map location, services, etc., You can view the table seating layout and reserve the table. If you are ordering as a group, then our site will let all of your guests to select their own menu and place a one single large order. Q. Can I call Ramnee customer support and place the order?
Ans:
Yes, You can call our customer care between 09:00am-10:00pm to place the order. Our Phone numbers are:040-4011-0029,+91-8886000676. The advantage of calling us is that, Customer care executive will give you an unbiased choice of restaurants that you can place the order from. They will also let you know which restaurant specializes in what, what have been the feedbacks of customers, etc. Q. How do I check the current status of my order?

Please login to your account and check the status of your order. Q. What are the payment options for the food that I order?
Ans:
There are 2 ways that you can make payment. (1) You can pay by credit card on our site (2) You can directly pay the order amount using Cash/Credit Card to the delivery boy. Certain times, restaurants prefer to collect the cash directly from customer, in that case, you will have to use 2nd option. Certain restaurants will allow us to charge the customer using credit card on our site, in that case you can use 1st option.
Q. Items are available only certain timings, why?
Ans:
Restaurants decide the items availability timings. Q. How much are the delivery charges?
Ans:
If you are placing an order greater than minimum order amount, then the delivery charges are free. Q. What is the Return policy?
Ans:
If the requested food items are not delivered, then you are allowed to refuse the order at the time of delivery. Q. What if I have not received my food yet?
Ans:
You can call us or you can directly call the restaurant to find the status of your order. Q. Will I have to pay extra to use Ramnee.com services?
Ans:
No, you will not paying anything extra to use our site. Whatever the prices you see in restaurant menu card, the same price on our site. Sometimes, its less too.
Q. Can I make an order in advance?
Ans:
Yes you can create orders in advance. Q. Can we order food to be delivered to office address?
Ans:
Yes. The delivery could be any address that restaurants can deliver. If restaurants have any issues in delivering to a particular address, we will let you know before confirming the order.
Q. Is the delivery time guaranteed?
Ans:
When you create an order, we will pass on the order information to Restaurant. Once restaurant confirm us to deliver the order at the time, they will take the responsibility to deliver the food on-time. Certain times, there could be delay in delivery due to heavy traffic, weather, etc., Ultimately, it's the restaurant that delivers the food to you. You can call us and if any issues with delivery. Please allow 30-60 minutes of buffer time. Q. How do I contact you in case of any issues with our site?

Ans:
You don't need to tip the delivery person. But, if you prefer to give the tip, you can directly give it to delivery person or you can pay them the tip online on our site. Q. How can I cancel the order?
Ans:
You can cancel your order online if the delivery is due in 24 hours or more. You can also call our customer support at 040-4011-0029 (or) +91-8886000676 to cancel the order. Generally, an order cannot be cancelled once the restaurant started preparing your food. Q. How do I change/modify my order?
Ans:
You can modify your order online if the delivery is due in 24 hours or more. You can also call our customer support at 040-4011-0029 (or) +91-8886000676 to change/modify the order. Q. Is the phone number must be provided while registering with ramnee.com?
Ans:
Yes, you need to provide your phone number while registering with us. Once you created an order, we will call you and confirm the order, until then it will be in pending status. If any issues with the order, we will call you and inform the status of the order. Q. I cannot find my favorite restaurant. Can I suggest?
Ans:
If your favorite restaurant is not found on our site, probably we might not have them registered with us. Please suggest the restaurant using the link "Suggest a restaurant".
Q. Can I save my order?
Ans:
Yes, you can save your order while creating. If you lose internet connectivity or you prefer to checkout some other time, then you can save your Order (Shopping Cart) and checkout later. We have provided the option to save the order, which you can see next to the Shopping cart. You need to provide login details for saving the order and Order will be saved in your profile under "Saved orders". Q. Can I write reviews of the Restaurant?
Ans:
Whether you are registered user or not, you can write the reviews of the restaurant. The reviews are completely user view/experience on the restaurant. Ramnee reserves the right to remove the reviews if they are inappropriate. Q. There are no restaurants in my area (or location), why?
Ans:
Probably Restaurants might not have registered with us or there might not be restaurants in your area. Please suggest a restaurant using SUGGEST A RESTAURANT link. Most likely, the surrounding areas might deliver the food to your area, you can verify that.
How can I change my password?
Ans:
After you login, you will see the link "Change my password" in the profile section. Q. How can I add a restaurant to my favorites list?
Ans:
On the restaurant results page or details page, you will see the link "Add to MyList". Click the link to add that restaurant as your favorite restaurant.
Q. What is a re-order?
Ans:
For example, you placed an order previously and you would want to place the same order again. You don't need to again recreate the order by searching the restaurant and adding the same menu items to your cart. This is where re-order feature will be useful. You can find your previously placed order (from your profile) and click "Reorder" to re-order the same thing but different date/time.
